I started my journey with STI in July 2000 as an office boy, as I worked hard on my profile, I always had a deep rooted interest in hardware & services. I spoke to my colleagues & was vocal about my passion & soon enough, I received an opportunity & seized it to learn & build a foundation in the field of hardware. Through dedication and perseverance, I acquired an expertise in hardware installation and troubleshooting techniques. Recognizing my potential, the company entrusted me with individual installation support tasks which further enhanced my technical acumen. With my hard work and dedication, I was able to learn about hardware and technology, which eventually led to my growth in the company.
Over the years, I have consistently demonstrated exceptional customer service skills while assisting clients with their hardware-related issues. My ability to analyse complex problems, provide effective solutions and ensure customer satisfaction has been widely acknowledged by both clients and colleagues.
I have worked my way up to become a service engineer and have developed a deep understanding of the latest hardware and software solutions. I have also developed excellent troubleshooting skills, which allows me to diagnose and solve complex problems efficiently.
Through my years of service, I have gained extensive experience in the field of hardware and technology. I was able to learn about the various components of my company's products, which inspired me to attend individual installation support training programs. These training programs helped me to develop the skills necessary to provide excellent customer support, and I am confident in my ability to handle complex customer queries.
In addition to my technical proficiency, I have also cultivated strong teamwork skills. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, I have actively contributed to resolving customer queries and concerns, enhancing the overall customer experience.
Along my career path, kept moving forward, kept learning, kept failing, kept growing & kept pushing those boundaries to be better & do better for my company & our customers. I truly believe that my comprehensive background, technical expertise and dedication to exceptional customer service made me an ideal candidate for the Customer Support Engineer position at STI.
I am constantly looking for ways to improve my skills and knowledge, and I am eager to learn and grow within STI. This is just the beginning, I have a lot to look forward to and have quite a few milestones ahead that I want to achieve and that’s the most exciting part of it all.
