  • Collaborated with OEM partner EverestIMS to conduct a thorough study to ensure all customer requirements were addressed.
  • Virtual Domains (vdom) monitoring in Fortinet Firewalls was customized in the tool.
  • A separate dashboard was configured for critical links of their network (including link status, data points & graphs) along with Radware Load Balancer monitoring etc.
  • 95th Percentile report for bandwidth utilization monitoring of network links.

Breakthroughs:

  • The customer is now capable of monitoring business critical applications, device utilization, and threshold monitoring, all within a unified dashboard.
  • Integration with the Service-now tool has eliminated the need for additional manpower costs related to scripting and managing multiple tools.
  • Server Process CPU & Memory Utilization monitoring aided in quickly diagnosing server performance issues.

Insights:

  • Completion of the proof of concept (POC) and the way we effectively demonstrated key differentiators was one of the key reasons why the customer decided to get us onboard.
  • Conducting an in-depth study to understand the root cause of network faults and to build an accurate simulation of their IT infrastructure on multiple dashboards guided us in solving the issue efficiently.
