Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle Networking project – Installing and configuring network devices such as: switches, wireless controller, clear pass, access points, NAD, Firewall) for brands like HP, Aruba
• Be a part of the team as a Security Engineer for basic firewall configuration
• Troubleshoot network devices like switches, wireless & firewalls
• Attend day-to-day support calls to ensure timely closure and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor, track and fulfill customer calls daily and maintain a detailed report for the same
• Carry out site survey to understand the conditions and feasibility for wireless and cabling projects
• Conduct demos/POC‘s for switching and wireless requirements
• Note down detailed reports at every stage of the project until the closure
• Deliver training and take project signoff once the project is completed
• Track the movement of Demo units and networking inventory stocks within STI
• Welcome and mentor new technical members to the team. handhold them to grow
• Set up lab to simulate customer requirement and test new technologies and features
• Participate regularly in training and certification programs on a quarterly basis to meet company needs and industry standards
