Roles & Responsibilities

Install, configure, manage and troubleshoot Firewalls & VPN, Switches/Routers, Proxy
Configure and troubleshoot Layer2 and Layer 3 protocols
Possess a good knowledge of switching environments including Layer 2/3 switching
Should have knowledge on network intrusion methods and DOS attacks.
Bring in good understanding of ticket driven process and an experience in handling escalations
Should handle incident, change, problem, knowledge management tickets

Skills & Capabilities

Strong experience in core security and network technologies
Hands-on knowledge about network security concepts like, Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Cisco ASA, Fortinet, Sophos, Sonicwall etc.,
Should have hands on experience in IPSEC/SSL VPN
Must be comfortable to work in 24*7 environments
Excellent customer communication skills & have proven troubleshooting ability
Good to have: Knowledge on SOC/SIEM
Optional: CCNA / CCNP / CCSA Certified
